Using the latest GPS technology, our engineers are strategically placed in various field locations to ensure an industry standard response time of less than four hours.

Each engineer carries spare stocks of high-mortality parts on their vehicle to reduce the risk of machine downtime, offering a high first time fix rate on our range of products.

CAG also offers a first line remote repair service manned by fully trained staff ensuring the majority of incidents can be resolved via telephone, reducing the time you are without your machine.

Print Audit
We ask all CAG customers to participate in the use of Print Audit.

The software provides endless benefits. Here are a few notable ones:

  • Customers can log into their account online and monitor their device(s) toner levels and usage. This is extremely beneficial to customers who have large fleets, as machines placed at different locations can be monitored from one place.
  • Automatic toner ordering. Customers are set at a reorder level best suited to their needs. Upon immediate live notification, the replacement consumables are prepared and sent on the same day.
  • Meter readings are presented live within the software. The data can break down device usage into various categories; B&W; colour; duplex; copies; scans; faxes etc.
  • The system can be set up to alert when problems frequently occur, enabling us to identify problems before they escalate.
